1) Residential estate agent/ Broker

These are the sales professionals who have tie ups with real estate brokers and have the agreement on commission sharing as well. For holding this post, you should be at least 18 years old and you should have the certificate of having passed the written test on property laws.

2) Commercial Sales Associate

Sales associates deal with the marketing aspects related to office buildings, apartments, hotels etc. They are appointed by the commercial property brokerage offices. These professionals specialize in a particular real estate type such as office, apartments, shopping centers, retail, hospitality and industrial plants. The demand for sales associates in the United States of America is ever increasing.

3) Real Estate Appraisers

These professionals provide accurate estimates of value and quality of the property. Generally they work for banks or private firms.

4) Property Managers

These professionals play an important role in negotiating leases and ensuring customer satisfaction. A property manager should possess good mathematical, interpersonal and analytical skills.
