Human Resource Recruiter or more popularly known as just a recruiter has become an important post in industrial sector. Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of efficient staff in the organization which is the prime need for any company or organization to succeed. Recruiter comes up with novel innovative recruitment ideas, chalks out and executes local and national recruitment plans and implements traditional sourcing strategies.
Recruiters develop a strong network of industrial contacts, trade groups and association memberships and applicants. They also conduct college campus interviews. They are also supposed to perform a lot of other administrative duties and keep records.
To get recruiters jobs, a bachelor’s degree in human resource is enough. There is no training as such for candidates who want to become recruiters. Many of them get trained while doing their job.
Recruiters should have good communication skills as many a time they are present for personal interview of the candidate for appointment. Recruiters should also have good computational and analytical skills. They should be able to recognize the potential of the candidates and negotiate salaries with them.
